Philip Earle - Chairman

Philip Earle is the Chairman and founder of the Glenbeigh Group of companies. Group activities established by Philip include traditional construction, design and build, off-site construction, records and data management and reinstatement services for the insurance industry. His dedication and commitment to the Glenbeigh brand is demonstrated in the success of all companies within the Group.

Frank Doolan - Director

Frank Doolan is one of the co-owners of the Glenbeigh Group of Companies. He has been central to the development of the Glenbeigh Group since its foundation in 1985. As Director of Glenbeigh Fire and Flood he is responsible for developing and implementing our business strategy.

Tony McCarthy - Group Financial Director

Tony is a qualified accountant (ACMA) and the holder of two Master Degrees, MBA (UCD) and MA (NUIM). He has worked with Glenbeigh for over 10 years. Tony is responsible for the overall financial direction of the company and is also responsible for its risk management procedures. He is an integral member of the senior management team having worked with Glenbeigh for over 10 years.

Robert Taylor - Director

Robert joined Glenbeigh Fire and Flood in 2009 and has over 15 years experience in the Irish and UK property restoration industry working across both fire damage and water damage sectors. Robert’s role involves initiating partnerships and strategic alliances within the insurance industry and maintaining key account relationships.

Andrew Earle - Director

Andrew was appointed to the board as a director in 2013. He has extensive international construction experience working with various international construction organisations. He now employs this knowledge and experience to Glenbeighs growing Irish and International construction and restoration businesses.

Keith McTernan - Services Manager

Keith is a qualified carpenter and joiner and has been employed within the Irish construction industry for over 15 years. As a site manager Keith was responsible for running multi million Euro projects in both domestic and commercial sectors. He joined Glenbeigh Fire and Flood in 2009 with responsibility for surveying properties and the overall management of reinstatement works.

Gary Maher - Project Engineer

Gary is a qualified Structural Engineer and brings with him over 10 years experience in the construction industry, both in Ireland and internationally. Gary’s key role is to manage and co-ordinate complex projects where he has enhanced Glenbeigh Fire and Flood’s reputation.
